For your profile to be eligible for matching it must be active subject to our terms and conditions.
You may enter your skill set as copy & paste text or upload a resume/CV file. You may also want to consider quick candidate.
You should upload a resume file (or enter as text) for your profile in a format that best represents your core competencies.
We can convert most common file formats to text.
A natural language text representation of your uploaded file will be used in the matching process.
Matching establishes your Score for a particular job, which also depends on the accuracy with which an employer completes their job profile.
Optimal performance in the matching process is achieved by ensuring that your profile is complete and contains the keywords that accurately describe your skill set, compensation requirements, and geographical preference.
Your match list is a list of active jobs that match your profile.
You may review the list and provide feedback to the employer.
Employers will contact you directly to continue the hiring process, via the contact information you provide, according to their employment policies.
Indicate an interest in a particular job by selecting one of the following options on your match list.
Your "Interest" is visible to the employer on their match list:
Not interested/Remove from list.
I am interested in this job.
Refer job to a friend/colleague.
Likewise, an employer may express an interest in your profile. An employer may also prompt you via email, to indicate your interest in their job prior to obtaining your contact information.
