This virtual machine, or internet "Service", performs matching of job seekers, "Candidates", to corporations or their agents, "Employers", collectively "Contributors". To participate in the Service, you will need to register as a Candidate or Employer and create a description of your skill set, or job, collectively "Profiles". Profiles are incorporated into the Service, along with the static and dynamically created web pages and emails, collectively "Content".
Our Service provides Profile comparison, or "Matching". In registering with this Service, you consent to the use of your Profile in the Matching process, so described.
Profiles are subject to approval and remain active in the system until deactivated by the Contributor. This Service provides a dynamic, interactive match list for the duration of your search.
The Matching process, "Operation", is anonymous, assessing the suitability of a Candidate for a job to generate a "Score". The primary purpose of the Score is to provide a method of ranking Candidates. No guarantees are given as to the accuracy of the Score, or the relative ranking of one Profile over another.
Matching is free to both Candidates and Employers alike. Employers may optionally purchase contact information for matched Candidates.
We reserve all rights to Content and Operation of the Service, including the right to make unlimited changes to appearance and performance, thereof. Content is subject to the opinions and performance of the Contributors.
We may remove Content provided by, and/or may prohibit access to, anyone providing Content that evidently may be considered:
- Frivolous, inaccurate or deliberately misleading;
- Profane, offensive or compromising;
- In violation of any privileges or rights;
- In breach of any applicable State, Federal or International law;
- In violation of the intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, or trade secrets of SDC Consulting, Inc., or any affiliates thereof;
- Compromising to the security of the Service;
- Of insufficient detail to be useful in the Operation;
- Containing an invalid or falsified email address;
- Containing an email address, or domain name, that has persistently sent unsolicited, bulk email;
- Out-of-date, or otherwise deleterious.
Notwithstanding Contributors to our Service independently participating in the Operation, we will never knowingly solicit Candidates from our current, former or prospective clients. We welcome our clients participating in the Operation as Employers.
We respect your right to privacy and endeavor to protect your anonymity during the process of matching a Candidate to a Job. Profiles are used solely for the Operation, as described herein. Contact information may be revealed to one or more Employers indicating an interest in a matched Profile, as recorded by the Candidate, in accordance with our terms and conditions, at the time of such request. Candidates may block matching of Jobs for Employers registering with specified domains.
We reserve the right to discard any email we receive, for any reason. With the exception of deactivation, updates may only be made via our secure online service. Please ensure your spam filters allow email from our domain: sdcconsulting.com.
We use cookies to store minimal, but necessary, state information on the device you use to access our Service in order to ensure your security, and the integrity of the Operation.

CONTRIBUTORS OR ANY THIRD PARTY, "USER", AGREE TO USE THIS SERVICE "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL SDC CONSULTING, INC., OR EMPLOYERS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSERS, AFFILIATES THEREOF, COLLECTIVELY "SUPPLIER", BE LIABLE TO USER, FOR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE BY USER OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES INCURRED BY USER, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES. FURTHER USER AGREES THAT THE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND ARISING AS A RESULT OF, OR RELATED TO, USE OF THIS SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, STRICTLY LIABILITY AND NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE GROUNDS, SHALL BE LIMITED TO GENERAL MONEY DAMAGES AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS RECEIVED BY SUPPLIER FROM USER FOR SUCH SPECIFIC PURPOSE. IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS FOUND BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THE REMAINDER OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
